- One of the biggest motivators for our members is the change in weight and body measurements.
- Along with the journal, we encourage members to make measurement entries as frequently as possible to better help the fitness trainer help you.
- Adding measurement entries once a week or even twice a week is great as it will let the trainer know how your body is responding to the fitness plan.
- Nothing is more satisfying than to see the numbers begin to drop (or increase if you’re trying to build muscle)
