My Calendar
The image to the right shows a scaled version of our members calendar pages.
- The calendar page allows you to view automated tasks, and schedule your own tasks.
- Automated Tasks are tasks that are automatically generated. Currently there are two automated tasks:
- Progress Reports are requests from your trainer that you message him/her informing them on how you’ve been doing with the fitness plan.
- Scheduled Weigh-ins are simply requests that you add a measurement entry.
- Personal Tasks are tasks you schedule for yourself if you wish to do so.
