Lose your Beer Belly
As funny as the term "beer belly" is, it's quite an epidemic amongst American males. On the surface the solution seems simple, eliminate the beer and you'll lose the belly. Well, it might actually take a bit more than that. A person can stop drinking beer, and not lose the belly if his diet isn't in check. It is impossible to lose fat if you are consuming more calories than your body burns. This is why exercising and paying attention to what you eat and how much you eat is important, as it will help the process of consuming less calories than your body burns.
If you have yourself a beer belly and want to get rid of it, you can do so. But it takes time, patience, and consistency. If you want it bad enough, you will have to do what it takes. - Cut back on the beer & soda

Throw away the twinkies and eat more fruits and vegetables. This alone is a given. - Exercise regularly
This is a great thing to do as it will help your efforts of consuming fewer calories than your body burns, simply because it adds to the amount of calories that your body must find (particularly in your stomach if your diet is right!)
