Because what those people don't understand, is that the only way to lose weight and keep it off for good is by doing it the healthy way. Therefore I will not coach you on the "quick fat loss" techniques, or the "10 second abs" training mentality. Instead, I will guide you in such a manner that you understand the basic fundamentals of what entails healthy weight loss.

In a generalized sense, healthy fat loss requires two things, a balanced diet and a suitable workout plan. There are fundamentals for each which make up for a healthy weight loss plan.
