Building a Great Body

Ever wonder how those sexy models on TV, whether they be male or female, have their great body? If you think the men and women strolling around with their sexy abs and muscular physiques do it solely on account of genetics, then you're wrong. No matter who you are, there will always be work involved when it comes to maintaining and building a sexy body.

Sexy bodies require organization

If your wishes include the look of a fitness god, then you need to have planned management and organization in your life. There must be two disciplines, exercising and nutrition.  Allow us to focus on exercising this paragraph and nutrition the next. The sole purpose of exercising is to keep the body "in shape", in a more technical sense, you're forcing stress upon your body which makes it react by burning fat and building muscle. Consequently these actions brought on by stress, make us look beautiful! In a way, it is like the cinderella story. You force your body to rise up through the ashes through hard work and exercise to produce a wonderful healthy result. You must make it a habbit of working out at least 4 times a week preferably with both cardiovascular training and resistance training (with machine resistance or freeweight resistance). Working out is an absolute must whether your goal is to lose fat, or build muscle. The benefits of exercising go beyond physical means, exercising routinely is proven to eliminate stress and make you an overall happier person.

Nutrition is the most important aspect of fitness. You are what you eat. Most people, Americans particularly, lack diets sufficient in natural foods. Too many people eat too many processed foods daily, and it is bad for their health. If you want that great body, you have to feed it "great food". In other words, you have to feed it with food that contains good calories. Good calories would be complex carbohydrates (found in most natural foods like fruits and vegetables), good fats (unsaturated fats found in natural foods like nuts and grains), and an adequate amount of protein (especially if you're resistance training). You must strive to eat 5 to 6 smaller portioned meals a day, and throw out that "3 big meal" mentality. Eating more frequently will force your body to work harder to digest the food, which burns calories and raises your metabolism.

So to build that great looking body, you must follow a plan that will help you get there. Interested in doing this? Then we can help you by preparing a custom fitness plan for you within 24 hours, which will include both a detailed workout plan and a diet plan.
