Exercise regularly. The whole goal is to raise that heart beat for a significant period of time. Start out at light intensity and work your way up as you build a solid foundation. Running, jogging, swimming, cycling, sporting, etc... are all great forms of exercise which will strengthen your attempts of fat loss.
