Great question, well you can start by tallying up the caloric totals of everything you eat now on an average daily basis. You do this by reading the food labels and taking note of the calories and macronutrients (protein, carbs, and fats).

Then once you know that number, try cutting it down by about 300 to 500 calories and see what happens in 6 weeks. If fat loss still isn't occuring, then you need to take a closer look at how much fats (saturated particularly) and how much bad carbohydrates (those that come from junk foods) you are consuming and drastically cut those down and increase healthier foods in your diet.
