A concentration curl is performed while sitting down with a dumbbell in one arm at a time. The arm that holds the dumbbell is the arm that should rest on the inner thigh of the leg on the same side. - Hammer Curls
A hammer curl can be performed with a hammer curl bar, or with dumbbells. The thing that sets aside a hammer curl from a regular dumbbell curl is the angle that the wrist is held. Most hammer curls are performed with dumbbells. You hold the dumbbell the same way a hammer is held, except you're curling the dumbbell.

A reverse curl is performed with a straight bar or a curl bar, except with an overhand grip instead of the conventional underhand grip.
