How you ask? Well, the fitness plans we construct obviously doesn't cover an entire lifetime, however we do provide you with the know-how to eat with weight goals in mind. Our fitness plans span over a 3 phase 18 week program with the goal of education and understanding in mind. You shouldn't want to enter into a 6 week diet program, or any fitness program for that matter with the determination that will only last 6 weeks. It is simply a matter of understanding basic nutritional principles so you can choose to eat foods that are condusive to your goal, AND your taste buds!
