3 Day Diet

Are you looking for a 3 day diet? Perhaps a 5 day diet? As a fitness trainer it I have to note it isn't entirely important that you seek out an # day diet. My goal when training clients is to get them to figure out how to construct their own diets so they don't have to do internet searches :).

The term "3 Day diet" can be confusing as I am sitting here figuring out why people would search for such a term. If you're looking for a 3 day diet in the sense that you will only stay on the diet for 3 days and hope to lose fat or build muscle, you're going about it totally wrong. In order to lose fat or gain muscle, you have to stay dedicated for the entire duration that you wish to stay at your desired weight. So plan on staying on a diet and a healthy lifestyle for a long time, as I assume you wish to stay at your goal weight for a long time.

Or if you're searching for a 3 day diet as in 3 seperate meal plans, then you aren't so wrong! First you have to have a rough estimation of how many calories you need to consume in order to reach your goal weight. By taking our free fitness analysis you will have that rough number. 1 Gram of protein and carbohydrates = 4 calories. 1 Gram of fat = 9 calories.
